Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain return authorization and confirm the return address before sending your parcel. Our company address is also our return address: 51 Allée des Acacias, 59117 Wervicq-Sud, France. Returns are sent to France, which may involve international shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with the order details and a description of the issue. The unused and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting such an issue. We will arrange the appropriate resolution with you.
Return Shipping & Fees
We pay the return shipping costs when the return results from our error, damage or a product defect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact [email protected] if you need help with an approved refund.
