Terms and Conditions
Products & Prices
Product descriptions identify the materials, finishes and dimensions offered. Prices are displayed in USD. Your checkout summary shows item prices, quantities, shipping, tax and total before payment authorization. No sales volumes, stock counts or customer reviews are implied.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment for a purchase, you authorize the stated amount through the available payment method. Provide accurate contact, shipping and billing information. A payment attempt alone does not establish that funds have been received or an order accepted.
Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on the applicable order confirmation and payment verification. We will use the details provided to fulfill accepted orders and address order-related questions. Contact us if you need assistance with an order or wish to discuss a change; these terms do not add a separate cancellation restriction.
Delivery
Delivery is available within the United States, including the 50 states and the District of Columbia. Standard shipping is free. Handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days, and transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The Shipping Policy explains our cutoff and working-day rules.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30-day return window, return conditions, authorization process, cost allocation and refund timing are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. No restocking fee applies. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind conditions.
Use & Care
Brooches contain a pointed pin. Handle carefully, close the clasp when not in use and keep away from young children. Follow the care instructions for your piece and check fabric suitability before attaching a pin.
